Guangdong Lvyan New Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2015 as a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development of permeable building materials using recycled aggregates. With technical support from the School of Materials Science and Engineering at South China University of Technology, the company has built an annual production line of 300,000 m² of permeable bricks. Its products have obtained EU CE certification (EN 1343 standard) and China’s Three-Star Green Building Material certification. In 2024, its export volume exceeded 50 million RMB, with key markets including Germany, Singapore, and Australia.
The flagship product, "Lvyan™ Ecological Permeable Brick," utilizes recycled construction waste aggregates (accounting for 45%), and employs patented "gradient porosity" technology to achieve a permeability coefficient of 2.3×10⁻³ m/s, twice the national standard requirement. In 2023, the company participated in the sponge city construction project in Guangzhou Nansha New Area, laying 80,000 m² of permeable bricks, which reduced annual rainwater runoff by 60,000 tons. The company’s mission is "Let every brick breathe for the Earth." It has been awarded titles such as "Guangdong Circular Economy Demonstration Enterprise" and "China Building Materials Innovation Award," and was selected as a "National Green Manufacturing Demonstration Enterprise" in 2025.
