Material & Craftsmanship:
Main body made of T3 pure copper (0.8mm thickness), compliant with GB/T 5231 standard, polished manually through 16 steps.
Enamel pigments use imported natural mineral materials, containing cobalt oxide (blue), iron oxide (red), etc., with lead content <0.01mg/kg as tested by SGS.
Gold plating layer thickness reaches 1.2μm, using 24K gold per GB/T 32022 standard, passing 48-hour neutral salt spray test without corrosion.
Production Process:
Design: Based on Shen Zhou’s *Dongzhuang Tu* (Ming Dynasty "Four Masters"), digitally scanned and decomposed into 128 independent patterns.
Filigree: 0.3mm purple copper wire hand-bent, with wire diameter deviation controlled within ±0.03mm and landscape contour error ≤0.5mm.
Enamel Filling: Employing the "three-layering, three-firing" technique, each glaze layer at 0.15mm thickness, fired at 870°C with a strict 4-hour cooling cycle per round.
Polishing: Hand-polished with agate knives, achieving surface smoothness of Ra0.4μm.
Gold Plating: Cyanide-based gold plating process, with layer adhesion passing GB/T 12305.1 cross-cut test.

Cultural Imagery: Patterns integrate Suzhou garden’s "scenery-shifting-with-steps" technique, featuring three continuous scenes on the exterior—"Mountain Path Seeking Serenity," "Waterside Pavilion Observing Fish," and "Pine Pavilion Awaiting the Moon"—recreating *The Craft of Gardens*’ philosophy: "Though man-made, as if divinely crafted."
Smart Monitoring: Built-in humidity sensor monitors study environment (auto-color alert within 30%-70% RH range).
